The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of engineering systems and projects. In this role, the Engineering Supervisor will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure effective delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support to resolve complex engineering issues

- Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

- Review project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project goals are met

- Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to improve departmental efficiency

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate any risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure effective project execution and completion

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment

- Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
