Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

Staff for Gym.

Organize Gym for guests every day.

Responsible to take care of Gym tools and equipment

Show guests how to use equipment by equipment and reactions to user’s muscles.

Offer guests suitable instructions to the Gym

Offer guest towels, water

TV, air condition and all equipment are always in good condition

Basic yoga and aerobic lessons to be offered

Staff on duty at the pool & beach

Set up chairs, cushions and umbrellas in pool area, beach

Towels to be set up on chairs at beach and pool area for guests

Take care of towels to move out and in everyday and pay attention to the change of the climate and move cushions and towels inside to avoid their being wet.

Control all borrowed towels from guests and make sure they are all returned

Send used towels to Laundry for washing everyday with handover book and received new ones for serve guests

Clean all chairs, umbrellas daily.

Clean all villa pools and public pool accordingly to the method of water process.

Take care of safety for guests in the swimming pool and in the sea

Organize Kayaks, paddling boards for guest in the sea

Combine with outsource water sports company to organize water sports for guests

Take care of charging guest when the guests use our water sports services

Disclaimer is given to the guests to avoid risk

Staff on duty for outdoor activities

Organize team building games accordingly to guests’ requests

Organize volley ball, beach football and other game for guests

Towels to be prepared before to serve guests

Guests registration paper to be ready on the desk for guest registration and give signature to use the service.

Help Manager organize and handle all recreation services & activities

Solve problems happening to staffs and guests

Report to manager by speaking and procedure

• 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College, University, Certificates and degrees related to Sports, Yoga, Entertainment.
• Managing and leading skills. Good professional an general knowledge for leading the team
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
