- Manage the day-to-day operations, develop menus, purchase supplies, train and supervise staffs;
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability;
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall experience for guests to the highest standards;
- Monitor the quality of the product and service provided, and take action to improve any shortcomings;
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
- Manage budgets and financial plans and control costs;
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
