Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Job Description

The Sales Assistant will be responsible of provide sales support and will report directly to Global Lab Testing Sales Director and working as part of our Sales team.

The purpose of QIMA Sales is to secure our growth by winning new business and taking exceptional care of our existing clients, while embodying the QIMA value of “Client First” every day.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Assist in organizing and executing sales campaigns and promotions
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and reports
• Handle sales-administrative tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, and inventory management
• Other tasks as assigned by line manage
  
  

Qualifications

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the 3rd party laboratory testing industry is a plus
