Servier (Vietnam) Pharmaceutical

Mission: preparation of product information and Tender documents for local distributors and tender data for requestors. Follow and update tender data publication from authorities’ websites to facilitate the internal analysis.

Key responsibilities
1. Support of Tender Admin work
• Prepare documents (product visa, GMP, Customs declaration, technical dossier, registered prices,..) then submit to Tender web according to Local Distributors (LD) requirement for Tenders.
• Being coordinator between FF specialist and LD to update Tender data at 2 support Tools (internal software & LD ’s website), update monthly quota for customers and trigger solution for Tender issues if any.
• Provide tender data (from internal/external sources) to requestors.
• Regularly collect and update Tender documents by anticipating request to Regulatory Affairs Dept. (GMP, CPP, MA, raw materials certification, …) and FIE SC (price registration, ..).
• Periodically update Tender data from Authorities website.

2. Other tasks:
• Input and follow special orders (S.O.) to facilitate the internal control and analysis.
• Regular update price publication of generics of Servier products.
• And other tasks assigned by Line Manager
