This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial health of the CHC Business Unit, overseeing Total Commercial P&L and individual brand P&Ls. You will lead key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales, marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and other business leaders to deliver results that drive growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & P&L Management
- Manage Total Commercial P&L and individual brand P&Ls for the CHC Business Unit.
- Lead the Budget and Forecasting process, including Monthly/Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Budget, F1, F2, Strategic Plan, and presentations to SEA Zone and International Region.
- Collaborate with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Industrial Affairs Finance to develop:
- Sales forecasts and gross-to-net projections.
- Sales-in, sales-out, and stock-in-trade analyses.
- Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), operating expenses (OPEX), and operational income/expense (OI/OE) targets.
- Oversee CHC performance management, including:
- Sales performance analysis.
- Expense control and headcount monitoring.
- Ad-hoc financial analyses (by product, channel, or geography).
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to the Vietnam & Indonesia CHC Commercial Teams by:
- Supporting business strategy and tactical planning.
- Preparing presentations and narratives for business reviews.
- Guiding operational decisions (e.g., trade marketing reviews, commercial conditions, product rationalization, organizational structure).
- Providing input for investment decisions (e.g., GTN, marketing plans, business cases).
- Supporting special projects, including distributor selection, make-or-buy decisions, and business model transformations.
Lead Or Contribute To
- S&OP cycles and business analysis.
- Pricing and customer terms reviews.
- Decision-support analyses for channels and brands.
- Operational issue resolution and procurement validation.
- Utilize SAP and TM systems to support all financial operations effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning, performance management, or business partnering roles, preferably within consumer healthcare or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP and TM.
