As the Cluster E-Commerce Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online visibility and bookings through Online Travel Agencies and brand websites. Your expertise will be key in shaping our digital marketing strategies and strengthening our brand in the digital space.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and brand presence, manage OTA channels to maximize revenue and maintain competitive pricing.
• Analyzing market trends to refine OTA strategies and ensuring our resorts are represented accurately and attractively across all OTA platforms are also part of your duties.
• You will work closely with the Revenue Management team to manage room inventory and rates, ensuring rate parity between the brand website and OTAs.
• Additionally, you will participate in online marketing campaigns, oversee promotional offers, manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, and enhance the customer experience online.
• You will stay up to date on industry trends, and prepare monthly reports which are key aspects of the role.

• The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with proven experience in E-Commerce Management, especially with a focus on OTAs. 
• A solid grasp of current e-commerce trends and digital marketing techniques is essential, along with exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are also required.
