• Be responsible for rendering secretarial, administrative services and coordination for overall F&B department.
• Assists on the day to day running and coordination of the F&B office. Attend meetings and establish good co-ordination with all food and beverage outlets and also all other departments.

MAIN TASKS

• Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the Hotel policies and procedure.
• Make time sheet and carry out the check for staff of department.
• Periodically report timekeeping data to HR department.
• Support monitoring restaurant work schedule for employees, ensure they meet the job requirements of the hotel.
• Keep track of employees' schedules and promptly notify employees of any changes or delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse inventory staff to ensure there are always enough goods to serve the customer.
• Sees to proper handling, usage and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, maintains cleanliness of the F&B Office.
• Types memorandums, letters, faxes, reports and other correspondence including those of confidential nature for Superior and his assistants.
•  Maintains proper records all memos and letters; Organizes and files documents in a systematic manner i.e. according to departments.
•  Takes and transcribes minutes of departmental meetings.
• Answers and places telephone calls for superiors; arranges appointments for superior and reminds him of it.
• Opens reads and sorts incoming mail for the department; dispatches and records outgoing mail.
• Maintains adequate stock of office supplies; controls all stationary supplies for the departmenT.
• Type Food & Beverage Menus and complete all administration required for the F&B outlets.

• A degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Well versed with personal computer and operates various computer software programs in order to increase office efficiency.
• English is preferable
• Thorough knowledge of customer service,
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
