Create and develop upholstery and foam patterns using AutoCAD software from the development stage.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure patterns meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Analyze and optimize patterns for material efficiency and minimize waste.
Modify and adjust patterns based on feedback from prototype fittings and production trials.
Develop and maintain a digital library of upholstery patterns for various furniture styles and designs.Proven experience as a CAD Pattern Drafter, preferably in the upholstery or furniture industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Knowledge of fabric and leather behavior in upholstery applications is a must.
Degree or certification in Industrial Design, Upholstery, Furniture Design, or related fields.
Understanding of sustainable practices in pattern making and material usage.- Laptop
