Job responsibilities

Assist in identifying and evaluating new game publishing opportunities, studios, and partners.

• Research the market, select game lines with high profit potential for Product teams/Development partners
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, UA, legal) to align publishing strategies. Work with Product teams/Partners to unify the implementation of new Game projects, as well as support during the project implementation process
• Maintain a database of partners, projects, and business opportunities, ensuring visibility across the team.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities (online and offline) as requested.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, publishing, or partnerships — ideally in mobile gaming or tech startups
• Understanding of mobile game monetization, UA, and publishing lifecycle
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to derive insights from data; game evaluation skills are a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling multiple projects
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like AppMagic, Sensor Tower (plus)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Passion for mobile games
• Familiarity with contracts or legal basics related to licensing and publishing.
