Mô tả Công việc

Create and maintain good relationships with the entire Project Management Board;
Monitor, arrange documents, internal revenue and expenditure of assigned projects;
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders;
Preparation of logistics for Project Manager;
Translating and interpreting for the managers; Translate incoming and outgoing dispatches, documents and records, conversations, meetings when required;
Proper handle communication between Project Manager with Internal and External customers/clients/colleagues;
Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events;
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups;
Perform other administrative tasks assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; candidates with background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred;
Able to traveland work on site;
Fluent in English 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to work with extremely confidential information, to engage and to interact with the VIP stakeholders within country and abroad;

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
Have good communication, coordination and presentation skills;
Attention to detail and meticulousness;
High level of concentration and patience;
Willingness to learn and adapt well;
Proactive and able to work under high pressure.
