1. Conduct chemical, environmental audits of factory worldwide to assess compliance with local labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and client's supplier code of conduct.
2. Write comprehensive evaluation reports in English for each audit conducts in an accurate, detailed and timely manner.
3. Execute accurate, objective & high quality social compliance audits by following all requirements indicated in the client specific procedures, auditor training & management directives
4. Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits around the world
5. Prioritize, plan and organize work efficiently to deliver first rate audit service and end products such as audit recaps, reports and other client specific reporting tools.
6. Provide support, communication & training as needed to your colleague
7. Learn & Understand: local labor, wage & safety laws, labor contracts, client code of conduct, and international human rights standards. Apply this knowledge to assess compliance levels of business practices
8. Actively participate in training sessions and have the desire to learn and grow in the position
9. Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to audit & maintain all audit findings confidentially
10. Be prepare to travel & plan trips with short notice according to company policy and requirements
11. Consult & coordinate with Operation Supervisor, Quality Assurance Reviewer, Client Account
12. Manage & other personnel to better understand the client's needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide quality service solutions to customer demands
13. Maintain compliance with BV CPS Employment Policies and Procedures
14. Perform other position related duties as assigned
