Headfully is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content across various platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality, creative content in multiple formats (videos, images, blogs, and social media posts) that align with Headfully’s brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop edutainment content for platforms like Reels and TikTok, showcasing, behind-the-scenes and thought leadership stories.
• Work with the marketing team to create content that supports campaign objectives and increases brand awareness.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the daily content calendar for social media platforms.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a community around Headfully’s social media channels.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content.

Brand Storytelling:

• Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to share the company’s journey, values, and expertise through compelling content.
• Capture client success stories and testimonials in innovative ways to enhance Headfully’s credibility.

Trend Research:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Experiment with new formats and styles to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of content creation, social media management, or related roles.

Skills:

• Strong storytelling skills and ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut) and basic graphic design (e.g. Canva)
• Familiarity with social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for content creation is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.
