The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Finance and Accounting Department. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, supervising accounting and financial reporting, monitoring cashflow, managing team workflows, establishing process and policies, supporting strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring stakeholder management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Financial planning and analysis
• Prepare financial plans, budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports.
2. Accounting and reporting
• Supervise accounting activities, including monthly and annual closing of group of companies (off-shore and on-shore)
• Maintain and control all accounting documents, records and payment requests, both physical and electronic.
3. Cashflow management
• Monitor and manage cash, bank balances, receivables, payables, and expenses.
• Work with banks and financial institutions for transactions, loans and other banking facilities, and to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risks.
4. Team management
• Manage a Finance & Accounting Team of 15 - 20 people and monitor workflows to ensure smooth operations across all locations/branches.
• Provide regular feedback and support to team members.
• Identifies opportunities that challenge and encourage the performance of people.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal/external policies.
• Identify and respond to financial and operational risks, particularly in credit control, cash flow, liquidity, and compliance.
6. Process Improvement
• Establish and update accounting and financial processes and policies.
• Lead internal project for process improvements.
7. Stakeholder Management
• Respond to finance and accounting-related queries from other departments.
• Work with auditors and consultants for year-end audits and other operations.
• Provide guidance to the sales team on financial matters.
8. Other Responsibilities
• Participate in and contribute to team responsibilities and other tasks as needed.
• Support the CFO in strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives.
• Participate in investment appraisal and other corporate finance activities as required.• University or above in the Finance/Accounting/Audit Prerequisite
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same level or 5 years in the management position in Finance and Accounting Department of International companies
• Experience in working with ERP/Accounting systems Prerequisite
• Fluent in English
• General Computer skills
• Goods at number and structured/process-oriented thinking
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsThưởng
