Talent Management Specialist

The HR Division of Viettel Group is looking for 01 Talent Management/ Performance Management Specialist, to work at Viettel Group headquarters, where all HR policies greatly impact more than 20 subsidiary companies under the Group.

Job Description

• Develop guidelines and procedures to empower line managers in implementing performance management policies.
• Foster performance management capabilities by designing and improving relevant programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on performance management frameworks and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data to optimize employee performance and L&D programs.
• Conduct training sessions on implementing performance management policies, setting objectives, building KPIs, and establishing targets for both managers and employees.
• Offer consultations and develop programs to support underperformers and unlock the full potential of talented individuals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management and performance evaluation.
• Prior experience in building mentoring/coaching programs is a plus.
• The ability to deliver training sessions is a valuable asset.
• Dynamic and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Working location: Head Office of Viettel Group, Lane 7, Ton That Thuyet Road, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
