Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Packing Department to ensure efficient and timely packaging of apparel finished goods.
- Develop and implement packing methods & procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, QA and logistics, to ensure smooth flow of goods from manufacturing to packaging.
- Supervise packing staff, guide and ensure them to follow internal defined or customers required packing methods & standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of packaging materials.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures to ensure safety working environment in the Department.
- Collaborate with QA to conduct inspections and audits of packed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
