- In charge of searching and managing customers including: GT, MT, B2B, B2C, five-star hotels and resorts, and foreigner-related restaurants in Vietnam (Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh). - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments). - Support for organization and coordination of events such as meeting with partners, wine tasting, wine dinner, seminars, product launching...- Strong computer skills. - At least 3 years of experience in the Wine & Spirit business, Sales, or Food & Beverage services. - Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills. - Dynamic and hard-working person. - English-speaking candidates are preferred. - Graduated with a Business or Wine Diploma/Bachelor.- Competitive income: fixed salary, bonus, exceptional performance-based incentive, brand bonus.
