PRODUCT ASSOCIATE (Onsite in Hanoi)

1.Overview

RockyHub, a member of Secomus Technology, focuses on creating innovative products to support merchants operating on Shopify. We are currently developing a suite of applications to meet diverse merchant needs. Our flagship product, the Meety Appointment Booking App, is a built-for-Shopify app that helps merchants set up and manage appointments and bookings seamlessly. 2.Position Overview

We are seeking a talented full-time Product Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving the growth and success of our current and future apps through product research & development.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the team in the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, help translate business needs into user-centric features, and ensure design and development are aligned with user goals and business outcomes, for all RockyHub apps. Specific duties include:

Product Research and Development (60%):

• Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and new features.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform product updates and enhancements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
• Prepare BA documents including FRS, SRS, user stories, use cases, etc.
• Work closely with PO and developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and assist in identifying areas for optimization.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all product activities.
• Track and analyze user behavior and feedback to inform product improvement decisions.

3.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in product management and/or UX/UI, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce space.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Ability to conduct basic user research and usability testing.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with IELTS 7.0 or equivalent.
• Good teamwork, deadline respect, hard work, and good time management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with US/UK clients
• Proficiency in sketching and using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Have experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc)
