JOB DESCRIPTION 

• We are seeking DevOps Engineers to join our Infrastructure team. You will help operate and improve cloud environments on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), focusing on stability, scalability, and security. Scope and ownership will grow with your experience. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operate, deploy, configure, and monitor product environments on AWS/GCP. 
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth releases and incident handling. 
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and automate provisioning/deployments. 
• Maintain clear runbooks and operational documentation. 
• Contribute to reliability, performance, and cost improvements. 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

Must have: 

• Degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 
• Hands-on experience in DevOps/Infrastructure (from junior to senior levels). 
• IaC best practices (modular Terraform) and basic security/ops governance. 
• Cloud fundamentals on AWS/GCP (compute, storage, databases, IAM). 
• Linux administration basics; Git proficiency; scripting with Bash/Python. 
• Solid troubleshooting and willingness to learn. 

Nice to have: 

• Deeper AWS/GCP operations (VPC/Networking, IAM, monitoring, load balancers, DNS, serverless). 
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins); containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Cost/performance tuning; hybrid/multi-cloud patterns. 
• AI usage in work. 
• Basic Japanese communication
