Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute regional business plans for sales, profitability, and expenses.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive divisional initiatives.
- Customer Management:
- Oversee service strategy, ensure account profitability, and foster key customer relationships.
- Lead sales promotions and business reviews to enhance service and product value.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, lead, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
- Build a collaborative environment and identify talent development and succession plans.
- Business Development:
- Drive new business through targeted prospecting and manage contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Safety Leadership:
- Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 10+ years industry experience - field and corporate experience highly desired
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
- Strong sales aptitude and experience leading a team of sales professionals
- Proven success in delivering results in a high growth environment
- Experience working with and knowledge of computers (e.g., MS Office suite)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
- Driver's license
- Fluency in English and country specific language
- Ability to travel extensively
