We are looking for the candidate for Specialist - IT Support, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
• Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.
• Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
• Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
• Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
• Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
• Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, and configuring systems and applications.
• Perform maintenance facility and network system, including installing, upgrading firmware, and regular backup configuration.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree with major in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science
• 02 years of working experience in IT support

• Customer Service Support 
• Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Can cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done.
• Familiarity with protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, and DNS, which are fundamental for network communication.
• Ability to design and implement IP addressing schemes and subnetting to optimize network performance and security.
• Works collaboratively and functionally with (external) clients. Anticipates and responds to their needs and demands to provide excellent client service and establish effective and long-term sustainable relationships.​
