Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, cameras and other IT systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in Cisco, FortiGate and Unifi devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
• Perform configuration and management of Microsoft 365 tenant settings and policies.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 cross-tenant.
• Experience in managing Windows / Linux / Mac devices via Intune.
• Monitor system health, performance, and usage to ensure optimal operation.

Asset Management

• Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Ensure all assets are properly tagged and documented.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and manage security measures within Microsoft 365, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standard and organizational policies.
• Conduct regular security audits and apply necessary updates and patches.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular maintenance and updates of IT systems and software.

Perform related tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, with at least 1 year focused on Microsoft 365 as Global Admin.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.
• Having CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft 365 and other IT certifications is an advantage.
• Knowledge/Experience with ISO 27001 standards.
• Understanding of Cisco, Fortigate Firewall, Network Monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic skills in English
• Honest, careful and meticulous.

• Working time from Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 18:00 pm).
