Baller Headwear is seeking a Director Assistant to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.
• Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
• Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
• Facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences
• Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff. 
• Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics,  Business management, or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Prior experience as an assistant, manager, or supervisor in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
