* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University- Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
Core Responsibilities:
Make sure global documentation is aligned according to numbering conventions
Coordinate globally with other Technical Writers for the functional area e.g. in relation to changes in documentation and placing of documents

Responsible for training new Technical Writers (brickmate) in the functional area globally
Work with other team members to support team ́s KPI and reach the goals of training organization
Close cooperation with Global Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production,...) and other Technical writers by creation and alignment of documentation, responsibility for final version of documentation
Work as an ambassador for Standard Work and process understanding in TLG
Responsible for training new Technical Writers (brickmate) in the functional area globally

Do you have what it takes?
Writing skills (local language, English)
IT common specialist level (MS office)
University or Technical secondary school education is preferred
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Microsoft office advance
ARIS software (preferably, not mandatory)
Experience with writing technical documentation
Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)
Process thinking
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Sharepoint (preferably, not mandatory)
