Position Title:Senior Human Resources Manager
Location: HCMC
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Chief Executive Officer / General Director
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Advise senior management on HR best practices, organizational structure, and workforce planning to support the company's growth and expansion.
alent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for key roles within the company, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting open communication and employee engagement.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Learning and Development:
- Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth.
- Identify and develop leadership potential within the organization, preparing future leaders for the company.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
