Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the warehouse operations & actively identify operational issues and improvement areas.
- Work closely with Warehouse team, PMO team, Product team to design suitable warehouse layout and facilities plan to cater for growth demand.
- Actively propose plans to improve warehouse operations.
- Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
- Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
- 5+ years of industry experience with proven business impact.
- Experiences in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineer, or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent in communication with different stakeholders and have experience in project management or operation.
- Have ownership of the project, always being active in working with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
