REPORT

Report to Sales Manager.

SUMARY

A Sales Executive (SE) builds businesses by identifying and selling a service or product, even prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. Reaching business targets through telephone, email, website or social network.

JOB DUTIES

• Seeking and identifying for a new/potential customers.
• Complete the committed target.
• Protect the existing customers and company’s benefits.
• Cold calling from external sources of lead and meeting with potential clients.
• Passing leads to appropriate team members
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, pricing quotation and credit terms.
• Build up a relationship with shipping liners and other partners.
• Presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• Implementing the marketing strategies.
• Others assigned by Manager.

• Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng sử dụng dịch vụ forwarding/ logistic quốc tế, nội địa theo thế mạnh công ty.
• Hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kinh doanh đề ra.
• Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh, duy trì quan hệ khách hàng hiện tại, bảo vệ lợi ích công ty.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban nghiệp vụ để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ tốt nhất, đem lại sự hài lòng cho khách hàng.
• Xây dựng mối quan hệ với hãng tàu biển, hãng hàng không và các đối tác.
• Công việc khác được giao.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates are trained in various departments and majors of Foreign Trade, Economy, Communications, Marketing.
• Non-experience or under 1 year are welcome, in a sales, telesales, business and customer service.
• Time management.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods and techniques are advantages.
• Excellent English listening, writing, speaking skills.
• High responsibilities and being able to work under pressure.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Some travel may be required.
• Use desktop computer.
• Overtime as required.
• Professional working environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp từ CĐ trở lên chuyên ngành XNK, vận tải biển, ngoại thương…& các chuyên ngành
• có liên quan; có kiến thức về xuất nhập khẩu, incoterm.
• Kinh nghiệm làm Sales XNK hoặc Sales Logistics.
• Yêu thích và có định hướng nghiêm túc về nghề sales logistics, mong muốn thăng tiến và phát triển về vị trí cũng như thu nhập.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục khách hàng.
• Sử dụng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
