Key Accountabilities
- Ensure tight IELTS security is upheld
- Maintain filing system of IELTS materials and keep records of IELTS data on available system
- Provide consultation to candidates about IELTs Test services
- Receives incoming phone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to th proper parties within the dealership
- Maintain and update the self-learning center and marketing materials for IELTS when needed
- Assistant in other matters of IELTS examinations
- Other admin duties as needed
- Communicate with different people at different levels on a day-to-day basis in English & Vietnamese language.
- Have Bachelor's Degree from Universities/ Faculties of Pedagogy
- Aware of IELTS security issues
- Ability to deal with IELTS enquiries and candidates’ complaints
- Ability to perform multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to details & Professional & efficient English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office use
