Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Director at CREASIA in Ho Chi Minh City. The Business Unit Director will be responsible for business planning, team management, team leadership, P&L management, operation management and services excellence management

• Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the marketing or sales industry is a plus
