ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Execution 

• Conducting market research and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Performing direct research to analyze competitors' strategies and market trends.
• Supporting strategy execution to ensure alignment with company directions.

Reporting 

• Managing a detailed project schedule and work plan, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely execution.
• Assisting in meeting facilitation, including preparing reports, meeting materials (PowerPoint, Google docs), scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and capturing meeting minutes.
• Developing business performance reports and providing recommendations to optimize efficiency.

Project Management

• Tracking cross-functional tasks and projects, creating processes and workflows, and assisting project owners in defining problem statements.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• Do the translation and interpretation if required 
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by department heads, managers, and the CEO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Basic requirements:

• Fluency in English (all four skills) is required, with the ability to communicate in English, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEIC 750.

Qualifications: 

• Graduated from Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field, preferably from NEU, FTU, or VNU.
• About 2 years of experience as project management, business strategy, business development etc.,
• A strong strategic mindset with experience in Project Management Office (PMO) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a great asset.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets, analyze business trends, and propose strategic solutions.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to international standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Working location: Hà Nội
