ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day to day operations of collections from pre-due reminders, early collection to field and legal collection.
• Initiate with collection strategy & planning based on each period
• Manage collection figures to meet the monthly targets to ensure the healthy mode.
• Hands on execution of late collection cases, particularly field, legal, recovery, re-possession
• Work closely with branches to ensure collections activities are conducted properly and timely
• Collaborate and support branches on collection, especially field and legal collection
• Partner with 3rd party collection agencies to outsource late collection and recovery
• Train branch staff and collection staff on best collection practices
• Develop collection policy, process and guidelines
• Prepare and present collection reports/dashboards to team members, local and regional stakeholders
• Other tasks when and assigned by CMD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Basic requirements:

• Language: Vietnamese, English would definitely be an advantage

Qualifications:

• Education qualification: Bachelor's degree required
• At least 7 years experiences in collection, and 3 year experience in Collection management level
• Good working planning and have strategic thinking, logic mindset
• Good presentation and communication
• Honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
• High level of responsibility and self motivation
• Patience and stress management
• Understand about the governing debt collection practices
• Knowledge of various collection techniques
• Working location: Hà Nội
