1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Handle the document process, including managing the required documents and supplements for the marketing process.
- Follow up and support for contract and submit payment documents with legal, accounting and agencies.
- Ensure process and payment for agencies on time
- Manage office stationery, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for team.
- Supporting the production of related marketing, event materials.
2. COMMUNICATION & DATA ANALYSIS
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with other department.
- Support to manage and regularly update the marketing's data and documentation.
- Prepare presentations and reports, as assigned, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College/University degree
Has experienced working in the field of Marketing, advertising or communication,...is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Abilities to use office (word, excel, power point,...)
Good command of speaking and writing English
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasksLaptop
