Will be rotated between translation and administration tasks,
This role requires daily working with local team and high-level management.

• Update and monitor contracts: increase, decrease, or new contract.
• Make PAYMENT for monthly service fees.
• Receive reports from the Security Team , daily, weekly, monthly and update internal report
• Monitor service security staff profile data.
• Update security violations, prepare factory reports and monitor handling.
• Record weekly meeting minutes, track content, and remind deadlines
• Receive import and export documents (gate passes) and inspection documents, scan, store,
• check and compare reports. Update information about TTI employees and contractors working on weekends and
• holidays.
• Schedule regular and ad hoc meetings.
• Check email, Teams, Zalo, and coordinate with security department staff to perform
• occurring tasks.
• Support reviewing CCTV footage as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

• College and above.
• Major in Business Administration, English, or other related subjects.
• Experience Minimum 3 years in similar positions, minimum 01 year experience for Manufacturing company

Knowledge

• Be able to communicate (speaking and writing) concisely + confidently in
• English
• Familiar with manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Prior experience with factory security operations is helpful

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
