<Job description>
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure the attainment of the company sales, goals, and profitability.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Assist the Sales Leader and Sales Director in determining annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing and analyzing trends and results.
- Build up channel partners of business development and EPC partners to find new projects, and customers in the Local & FDI sectors
- Follow-up projects
- Make reports to the Sales Leader on project status
<Must Requirement>
- Bachelor's degree in the Electric field such as Electrical equipment, electric power systems, automation…
- Language: English or Korean Intermediate Level
- Experience: At least 7 years of working experience in selling/ marketing/ consulting solutions for Electrical system
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, Project management, complex problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Eager to make new relationship
