. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
• Follow up all marketing materials in line with brand direction
• Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and business of the hotel also corrections as required
• Managing communications spending, working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the hotel brand
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
• Identify business potential and upkeep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondences in view of contract signing with them.
• Responsible for OTA Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales as well as Banquet Sales for the hotel.
• Analyse statistics and implement strategies to achieve the set goals and objectives in the marketing plan.
• Recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance.
• Ensure that the sales team meet the client’s requirement and the service offered to them corresponds effectively to their requests.
• Draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments regarding sales promotion and packages.
• Participate in Academies seasonal sales promotion and other marketing activities of the Owning companies’ group.
• Maintain regular contacts with the clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
• Train sales team about the hotel special promotions and advertising schedule.
• Acquire extensive product knowledge, its strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as against key competitors.
• Monitor and analyze the Hotel Academy’s key competitors regarding prices, services and facilities offered on a regular basis.
• Organize and attend trade shows or undertake sales trips.
• Maintain key accounts and develop new business opportunities for the hotel through active supervision and sales coverage with designated sales personnel.
• Visit VIP top accounts and meet VIP guests to establish closer relationship with them.
• Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
• Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Develop and foster good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade, government officials, media and press owning companies and reservations office in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the Academy and hotel.
• Represent the hotel to association, chamber of commerce, social functions, and national tourism board in coordination with the General Director.
• Ensure all sales advertising and public relations efforts provide optimum profit returns.

• Diploma Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration preferred
• 2 - 3-year experience on the same position
• Experience in team management
• Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations
• Leadership and well organized
• IT skills: good in Microsoft office
• English: good writing and communication skills
