Role Purpose:
The Finance Manager role will manage and ensure that the Finance function is practical and supports corporate decisions well.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance and strategy (80%):
• Strategic planning and business development:
o Prepare and update the company's strategy, mid- and long-term development plan,
annual operating plans, and management of quarterly and monthly forecasts.
o Control monthly KPI of operation, including revenue and P&L, by store.
o Provide essential information and data for Management's decision-making.
o Expansion management: make and review feasibility study of new stores, new
model, any new project, and track new units, IE/ renovation, evaluate other
investments.
• Cost control and optimization:
o Build a database for analysis and management purposes.
o Responsible for financial analysis of financial status and monthly business
performance. To deeply analyze financial performance vs AOP and Forecast, working
with the HOD for an action plan to achieve the target.
o Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams to strengthen cost management
and operational matters to maximize profit.
o Provide prompt analysis and update of promotional campaigns. Make weekly and
monthly performance forecasts.
• Report and analysis:
o Make a monthly reporting deck for BOM and BOD.
o To analyze detailed P&L performance by SKU, by stores, by Area, and work on key
success factors with the Operations team.
• People development:
o Discuss individual development plan (IDP) with the team and coach them to develop
competency.
o To collaborate well to deliver KPI successfully.
2. Business Intelligence (20%): Gather and connect data from internal and external sources to help
KFCV business leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, recognize
potential issues, and offer solutions. Gather information on competitors and analyze their sales,
prices, marketing, and customer preferences to learn about the competition and provide action
plans.
3. Other tasks per assignment of HOD.Professional Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting. Prefer the Master of Finance.
• Must have at least two years of experience as a Finance Supervisor.
• Must have an excellent understanding of financial analysis and forecasting.
• Have in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Competent in using Financial Software.

• Experience in working with relevant internal departments.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
