Job Brief

Reporting to the Regional Head of Data & BI, you will lead a team of regional BI analysts to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to bolster data-driven decision-making, ensuring the highest standards of business intelligence and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each line of business
• Design and develop market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement
• dashboards to share with senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, complete
• end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentations
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis
• Mentor, coach, and guide a team of BI analysts, providing technical leadership and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computing background.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead position.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented and results driven.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of SQL. Hands-on experience in Power BI is preferred.
• Self-motivated and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
