 Responsibilities

• Make quotations for each project and send them to the head office in the US;
• Read construction drawings, and extract the quantity of kitchen cabinets from the drawings to make quotations;
• Receive orders from the head office in the US;
• Track orders from the time of placing the order until the delivery of goods and any quality issues that arise after delivery;
• Communicate regularly with relevant departments from the head office to ensure that information about orders and deliveries is clear and continuous;
• Deploy complete information to suppliers to ensure that suppliers understand the products, quality requirements, packaging standards, packaging, and product drop-off;
• Report order progress and regularly check the production status at the supplier;
• Ensure suppliers deliver on schedule and meet quality standards;
• In charge of documents & payment issues related to orders;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to complete work tasks.

Qualifications

• University graduate
• 3 years of experience in consulting and project management for universities, dormitories, and wooden kitchen cabinet products
