I. JOB PURPOSES:
- Take responsible for demand planning in Beiersdorf Vietnam at high accuracy of forecast quality.
Handle daily operations of demand planning and distributor's inventory management to ensure service level "in-full".
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: Ho Chi Minh city
- Directly report to: Demand Planning Manager
- Subordinates: 0
- External customers: Distributor
- Internal customers: Brand Marketing (MKT), Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM), Finance, Sales, Regional Supply Chain, Regional Supply Chain COE, Regional Supply Planning team, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, Production Centers (PC), Europe Consolidation Centre (Hub ECC), Procurement
III . PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Minimum requirement)
1.S&OP and Demand planning management
- Be responsible for baseline forecasting.
- Run demand planning portion of monthly S&OP process by working with internal stakeholders (MKT, S&CM, Sales, Finance) to gather and justify all relating building blocks in monthly demand plan, ensuring the demand forecast is aligned and supports reaching the company's sales objectives.
- Involve in promotion planning, Launch/Relaunch planning process and customer planning process.
- Provide analysis and challenges against demand assumptions to ensure the realism and reliability of demand forecast.
- Identify risks and opportunities in highlighting and driving effective decision making for gap closing action plan in short and long- term horizon.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings (pre-demand, demand review, executive S&OP meeting).
- Maintain demand master data (proportional forecast factor, history corrections, product like profiles and phase-in/phase-outs).
- Be responsible for accurate visibility of forecast in planning system (SAP/APO) to trigger correct supply replenishment to avoid OOS or excess inventory and poor service level.
- Ensure on-time in-full S&OP submission to Regional Supply Chain.
- Act as Supply Chain business partner in monthly business review meeting with Commercial team.
2.Service level and local inventory management
- Ensure stock readiness on time following forecasting plan to achieve Service Level.
- Manage stock internal transfer process among local satellite warehouses to ensure sufficient stock availability to fulfill customers' orders.
- Proactively and regularly review service loss with Logistics team to investigate root causes and define corrective and preventive action.
- Review the unconstrained demand plan with the CoEs to identify capacity constraints and create an action plan to overcome potential issues ensuring maximization of customer services at least costs.
- Closely collaborate with Regional Supply COE team and PCs/ HUB for shipment plan and inventory replenishment to ensure stock sufficiency to support company sales target.
- Lead "phase in-phase out" (PIPO) management, short shelf-life, slow moving and obsolete stock review and ensure clearance execution from Commercial team.
- Prepare write-off proposals.
- Work with PCs/Hub, local Commercial and Logistics teams for batch & shelf-life management
- Propose airfreight request for approval to mitigate risk on supply and tracking AF spending on the mindset of minimizing air freight and trucking cost.
- Allocate stock for single and VAS.
- Input commentaries for Service level KPI (In full).
3.Others
- Fulfill other assigned task/project and planning reports by line managers.
- Cooperate with other dept. for smooth operations.
- Achieve assigned Supply Chain Dept.'s KPIs, and support teams for overall company goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education Qualification
- BA or equivalent in business administration/economy/supply chain management/industrial engineering/engineering management.
- APICs certificate is preferred.
2. Working Experiences
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Demand planning role in FMCG/skin care industry.
- Knowledge in S&OP process, Inventory management.
- Project-control and Supply Planning experience is a plus.
3.Competencies requirement (Functional & Technical)
- Experience with large ERP system (SAP/APO).
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Good sense at numbers.
- Fast adaptation and willing to learn mindset, good team-player.
- Able to build strong relationship with internal and external key stakeholders. Proven ability to influence across multiple functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
- PC proficiency in spreadsheet, Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI, Power Query is a plus.
4.Other qualifications
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- High self-motivation and ownership.
