Mô Tả Công Việc

I. JOB PURPOSES:
- The Controlling Manager is responsible for assisting the Finance Director independently in administering and practices of the partnered Functions to monitor all expense, distributor payment, Marketing, Sales force cost spending, SCM Budget, TTC and P&L Channel as well as other special projects, as assigned by the Finance Director.
- In addition, the Controlling Manager also plays an important role to build capacities, operating effectiveness, team spirit, and collaborative culture across the Finance Team and within the organization.

II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: Vietnam. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, but due to the business requirement, this job needs to travel to other provinces as assigned by the Manager.
- Direct report to: Finance Director
- External customers: DKSH Finance Team, Distributors, Key Chains, Talentnet and other suppliers related to your scope of work.
- Internal customers: All BDF Colleagues, especially in partnered functions

IV. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Finance’s Strategy
- Understand business strategies and challenges of the partnered functions and enable to support company to deliver company’s target.
- Actively monitor and review Marketing & Sales KPIs on monthly basis with Finance Director to evaluate risk and opportunities to ensure the delivery as per plan.
- Drive all assigned Finance KPIs to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies.

Budget Controlling
- Provide on-time & accuracy reporting and analysis of business results versus plan ((Monthly sales report, monthly SFC report, monthly channel P&L, monthly SCM Budget). Provide the analysis for variance and clear communicate reason for decision-making.
- Actively set up & lead monthly review meeting for MKT, SFC, SCM Budget, Chanel P&L) with Business Partner. Evaluate risk and opportunities to ensure the delivery as per plan.
- Partnership Roles
- Play the critical role to support Partnered Functions to control the budget through being the leader in:
+ Make the final budget approval agreement between all relevant parties (GM, FI, MKT, Sales, and HR)
by deadline given.
+Build up a process or system for monthly reviewing to alert if any differences raising vs budget
approved.
+Make analysis and propose the actions or changes based on this monthly report to FI Manager/Country
Manager for approval or revision
+Deploy this changes into the system and keep this process onward.
- Find a personal and professional way to approach the partnered functions and become their trustworthy & excellent Business Partner.
- Find the right balance between meeting Business Partner needs and achieving business goals.
- Bring Finance values to support Business Partner

Team Development
- Contribute in building Finance’s culture and driving positive change whenever applicable.
- Positively contribute to build up the Department and Company’s teamwork

Others
- Prepare Finance Reports as assigned by Finance Director and submit as per timeline;
- Do other job assignments as requested by Finance Director and the Company to contribute to the success of the Finance Department and the Company;
- Positively contribute to build up the Department and Company’s teamwork;
- Ensure to deliver the job performance at high level of passion, high quality of work, and timeline expectation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification:
- Education: University degree in finance / controlling.
- Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the same position or similar job.
- Possess strong sense of business acumen
- Possess High level of passion
- Excellent Leadership in building a good role model
- Able to coach & develop others
- Think out of the box & creative is preferable
- Good at Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing)
- Presentation skill
- Well organized & self disciplined
- Having an attitude of “making impossible possible”
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Negotiation & Influencing skills.

Functional skills & job knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Good analysis skill.
