About The Opportunity

The Billing & Collections Senior Associate of the Global Billing & Accounts Team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections processes for Vietnam, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.

This role will report directly to the Pacific Senior Lead for Billing & Accounts. In this role, you will:

Respond to all Member Support Requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while providing financially accurate information and the highest quality member experience.
Provide guidance and support to the offshore team with outreaches to members with an outstanding balance to reduce the Accounts Receivables (AR) and meet the monthly collections goal.
Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams
Constantly look at areas for process improvement; Aptitude to challenge current processes, and communicate proposed solutions to the territory lead.
Review and reconcile member accounts to ensure good financial standing and to ensure correct payment processing
Cooperate with other stakeholders and local banks (if needed) to resolve issues relating to payments, invoices, cash reconciliation, member’s queries, refunds;
Be the regional point of contact for any inquiries from members or other WeWork teams
Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, and must have willingness to pitch-in when asked to support other areas.
Update various trackers provided by leadership in a timely fashion while adhering to adhoc project deadlines
Liaison and support to the tax team regarding e-invoice registration and issuance
Provide support to the bank in queries related to refunds
Participate in ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Assist with monthly VAT compliance with the tax team and auditors.

Responsible For Managing The Following Transactions

Customer’s records - Legal info in e-invoice and delivery information
Agreed services and payment terms
Naming of transactions
Tax management on every transaction
Monthly transaction report in English and Vietnam
E-invoice registration and management
Issuing and sending invoices

About You

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Degree/Professional qualification in Business Management/Accounting/Finance related field is a plus
Good understanding of Vietnam regulations on tax
Fluency in English
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals; ability to display initiatives and work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Drive Systems
Attention to detail and high adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and time management skills

Hiện nay, CALOFIC có 2 nhà máy sản xuất đặt tại tỉnh Quảng Ninh, TP. Hồ Chí Minh với tổng công suất lên đến 2.300 tấn/ ngày đêm, cùng hai văn phòng đại diện tại Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh, đưa tổng số nhân viên trên toàn quốc lên 1.000 người.

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1996, Thành lập Công ty TNHH Dầu Thực Vật Cái Lân trên cơ sở liên doanh giữa Tập đoàn Wilmar International và Tổng Công ty Công nghiệp Dầu thực Việt Nam – Vocarimex, có trụ sở chính đặt tại KCN Cái Lân, tỉnh Quảng Ninh.
Năm 1999, CALOFIC được bình chọn Danh hiệu Hàng Việt Nam Chất Lượng Cao liên tiếp trong 21 năm.
Năm 2005, CALOFIC vinh dự nhận Giải thưởng Rồng Vàng 12 lần từ năm 2005 đến 2019.
Năm 2007, CALOFIC khánh thành nhà máy sản xuất dầu ăn thứ 2 tại KCN Hiệp Phước, TP. HCM với công suất tinh chế 600 tấn/ ngày.
Năm 2008, CALOFIC nằm trong bảng xếp hạng 500 doanh nghiệp lớn nhất Việt Nam – VNR500.
Năm 2010, Mở rộng phân xưởng tách sáp dầu cám gạo 30 tấn/ ngày được đưa vào vận hành tại nhà máy Hiệp Phước. CALOFIC được công nhận là doanh nghiệp liên tiếp nằm trong Top 1.000 doanh nghiệp đóng thuế thu nhập lớn nhất Việt Nam từ năm 2010 – 2016.
Năm 2014, CALOFIC vinh dự được Chủ tịch nước trao tặng Huân chương lao động hạng ba.
Năm 2015, Nâng cấp công suất phân xưởng tách sáp dầu cám gạo tại nhà máy Hiệp Phước từ 30 tấn/ ngày lên 60 tấn/ ngày.
Năm 2016, Phân xưởng trung hoà 200 tấn/ ngày và phân xưởng tinh chế 100 tấn/ ngày tại nhà máy Hiệp Phước được đưa vào hoạt động. Sau đó phân xưởng tinh chế tiếp tục được nâng cấp công suất lên 200 tấn/ ngày cho riêng Dầu đậu nành.
Năm 2017, Nâng cấp công suất phân xưởng tách sáp dầu cám gạo tại nhà máy Hiệp Phước từ 60 tấn/ ngày lên 90 tấn/ ngày.Nâng cấp công suất nhà trung hòa từ 350 tấn/ ngày đêm lên 600 tấn/ ngày đêm.
Năm 2018, Xây mới phân xưởng tinh chế công suất 600 tấn/ ngày đêm được đưa vào vận hành tại Quảng Ninh. Nâng công suất phân xưởng tinh chế từ 700 tấn/ ngày đêm lên 1.300 tấn/ ngày đêm. CALOFIC nằm trong Top 10 công ty uy tín ngành Thực phẩm – Đồ uống năm 2018 và 2019.
Năm 2019, Xây mới và đưa vào sử dụng phân xưởng tách sáp 42 tấn/ ngày đêm tại nhà máy Quảng Ninh.
