We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our company to take on responsibilities as follows:
Being responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts (including upselling and cross-selling).
Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationships with the customers, understanding customers’ demands, and preparing plans to meet the customers’ demands.
Developing account development strategy and planning.
Managing and solving conflicts with clients.
Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and the delivery team of the accounts.
Coordinating with sales and presales team to provide proposals for new opportunities.

Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science. Having knowledge of the IT business is a plus.
At least 2 years of Business Development/ Sales IT in the software development company
Proficiency in English
Ability to convert leads into customers
Having experience in global market is a big plus
Good problem-solving skill, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
Being enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented as a trusted advisor to customers.
Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
