Data Management & Dashboard Creation
- Automate data refresh processes whenever possible to improve efficiency.
- Build and manage up- to- date input data feeds for daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track Online Business Operation performance.
Business Needs Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze data to identify key issues, opportunities, and trends impacting operations.
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision- making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key business metrics
- Effectively communicate data analysis and insights to stakeholders through presentations or other means.
- Design and develop visually. appealing dashboards to effectively monitor Business Operation performance.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain up- to- date transfer documents and knowledge repositories to ensure transparency and smooth knowledge transfer.
- Regularly update these documents to reflect changes in processes and systems.

- Strong analytical & problem- solving skills with expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
- Exceptional visualization skills to create clear and impactful data visualizations.
- Excellent communication & business acumen.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with large datasets and experimentation preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- English proficiency is a plus
