- Collaborate with the import department and agents in China to engage Chinese customers in Vietnam, thereby strengthening existing partnerships and uncovering new business opportunities.
- Compile comprehensive cost analyses and service details, and prepare quotations for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and gain a deep understanding of their requirements, initiating contact through professional phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Persuade potential clients to utilize the company's services through effective communication, negotiation, and by demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with and support team members across departments to ensure seamless client experiences, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English.
- Experience in sales or operational roles within the import/export sector of a forwarding company is preferred.
- Exhibit robust interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate effectively.
- Organized and adept at managing time efficiently to meet business demands.
