International Schools Partnership (ISP) Vietnam and Thailand is looking for a Regional General Accountant, reporting to the Head of Finance in Vietnam and the Regional Finance Controller. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining bank accounts and ledgers, preparing payments, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include tax filing, budget control, cash flow forecasting, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·    Record all transactions in the accounting books, including cash collection, assets movement, expenditures, revenue, payment…

·      Manage bank accounts and bank transactions. Perform bank reconciliation at month-end.

·      Prepare payment order for approval, make payments by bank transfer.

·      Maintain general ledgers in compliance with regulations.

·      Prepare, review and file accounting vouchers and supporting documents.

·      Maintain accounting data master files and do reconciliation.

·      Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly tax declarations.

·      Control utilization of budget.

·      Assist in the preparation of cash-flow forecast.

·      Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

·      Manage travel arrangements when required and arrange detailed trip itineraries.

·      Assist in organizing in-house and external events and conferences and notify relevant parties.

·      Handle the company phone number, correspondence, filing and office supplies.

·      Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Experience

·      Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related majors

·      At least 03 years of working experience as an accountant/auditor/tax accountant.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

·      Oracle (Netsuite) and Education Industry experiences are a plus.
