Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for executing the fixed assets module in the ERP system including fixed assets acquisition, depreciation, physical count, and disposal. This ensures that fixed assets are properly coded, tagged, classified, and depreciated according to Group and Local Accounting policies;
- Monitor company investment projects (Minor): Compare actual spending versus the budget and coordinate with the Project team for analysis and project closure to ensure proper capitalization of fixed assets;
- Handle reports to local authorities, including tax reports and statistical reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Consolidate information from relevant functions to ensure timely submission of reports;
- Assist the Accounting Manager in internal control, internal and external audits, and tax audits by consolidating all necessary information for a smooth audit process;
- Participate in other department and function activities as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/ or Accounting;
- Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in Accounting & Tax;
- Familiarity with accounting software;
- Strong track record;
- Excellent analytical and logical skills;
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication.
