JOB SUMMARY
The job holder will be responsible to coordinate with PMC Team and represented as PMC to corporate with other project team to get new project go live and ship on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Maintain department SOP and WI
• Manage NPD team to meet KPI, assign Job, organize training.
• Collaborate with PMG and project team, responsible for material and capacity planning , follow up risk buy / risk build.
• Good work with cross function team and driver team member hit the delivery and launch target.
• Foresee supply risk, find solutions, and take proactive action to ensure on time delivery and no supply risk.
• In depth suppliers manufacturing processes, tooling, machining and resource capacity study, bottleneck, and capacity incremental to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Eng'g to organize EB/QB • Reporting, data, delivered information accuracy.
• Team building and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• University/College degree with more than 8 years PMC Assistant Manager experience above.
Experience
• Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logistics
Knowledge
• Have common sense with ERP system, Oracle experience is more prefer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, self-motivated, committed, independent.
• Good time management
• English fluent on both speaking and written, communicate well in Chinese is more prefer.
• Business travel need for supplier visit.
