You will…
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Conduct onboarding and exit interviews with customers to gather feedback on their initial experiences and reasons for departure.
● Perform in-depth persona and customer journey interviews to better understand the diverse needs and expectations of our customer segments.
● Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
● Identify trends and insights from customer feedback and present recommendations for improvements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes to products, processes, and operations based on your recommendations.
● Monitor and track the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing feedback for further improvements.
● Act as a liaison between our customers and our company, ensuring their concerns and suggestions are heard and addressed.

● Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of professional working experience.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Great empathy and understanding of user psychology.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage customer feedback data.
● Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
● Ability to work independently and proactively, with an exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities.
● Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams.

● Familiarity with education industry trends and customer experience best practices is a plus.
