As an E2 Program Consultant, you will professionally advise clients on course selection, craft a personalized learning plan, and maintain relationships with families over time.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Manage a portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop
relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and
long-term goals
● Consistently maintain and optimize communication with a portfolio of contacts through
various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms
● Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client
referrals, and strategic prospecting
● Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge
● Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business
development, and marketing activities
● Take care of interested customers and handle questions about Everest Education, College
Compass and our offerings
Leadership:
● Coach and mentor at least 01 junior staff
● Provide reports on student progress at the center
● Collect feedback to present in cross-department projects
● Organize team-building activities
● Oversee at least one of the key department projects.

You have…
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you have them all:
● From 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education industry, preferably in College Prep
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
● Passion in Education
● Good problem-solving and organizing skills
● Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude
● Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset
● Flexible and adaptable to changes.
