• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Develop and implement content marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and blog.
• Create engaging and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
• Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns through platforms and social media advertising.
• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing events, webinars, and classroom coordination.
• Support Head of Academy with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Academy.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
